Board Of Directors

The Board of Directors consists of the Officers of the Club and the Chairpersons of the Standing Committees.

Brief History

The Oneonta Garden Club was created in 1933 and five years later, 1938, jointed the Federated Garden Clubs of New York State to become the Oneonta Federated Garden Club. Our club boasts a membership of around 100 members and provides members opportunities to participate in meetings, luncheons, workshops, projects, flower shows, and other related activities. The OFGC contributes to a scholarship fund for local students, special programs such as the “water project for the Sudan,” and takes pride in keeping the local Main Street beautiful by planting flowers each Spring as well as maintaining several small public gardens within the City.
